The WT challenge today is 'In With the New' to create something with new goodies you have. O.K., I received a new Janome Sew-Mini from my sister for Christmas but the only time I tried to use it was yesterday on my challenge and got the stitches very CROOKED..ended up with faux stitches... so I am NOT using it. I'll just have to stick with the NEW PAPER AND RIBBON I got for Christmas...rich razzleberry, my all time favorite. I am using the Fifth Avenue Floral stamp I won and never inked. I need a birthday card so I stamped twice, black embossed, cut out, cuttlebugged, popped my flowers. I noticed my friend, Pam124, dry embossed her flower and thought I would try it. Really like the look. Embossed the sentiment although it doesn't show. Attached ribbon and a couple of sparkly, black brads.

Beautiful birthday card! Gorgeous flower and lovely color! I, like you, got the Janome Mini for Christmas. My lines are extremely crooked, too, but I won't give up just yet...hee hee! All of my postings this week have had stitching on them. Good luck...we can do it!! TFS
