todays twisted sister challenge is to case a Christmas card from a sisters gallery, and we have to guess which gallery it is from.
this image is from Mo's ditital pencil... if you haven't seen these darling images you must check it out..
coloring is gamsol/prisma pencils, the sky is stippled then dotted with white acrylic paint with the tip of a small stylist for snow. I used white flower soft for the hat and snow on the ground. holly leaves and berries are punched.
to make the holly leaves, I sponged ink onto the paper, sanded it up to add texture. punched them out, then sponged again with darker ink around the edges..
hope you like it!
thanks for stopping by~it makes my day!
edited to reveal my case...this lovely card by Dawn
I made my main color reds and added the holly arrangement to take the place of her gorgeous flower in the corner.
I had fun choosing a card from your fab gallery Dawn!

I just purchased one of these images. Not this one but a winter one.. This is awesome Judy. What a great coloring job. That dog cracks me up. Super card.. Now I am wanting that holly punch...is it an older punch or one of her new ones. The holly and berries look real...

Holy Moley! Look at that gorgeous shading! My first guess is Dawn, it is rare to find coloring that is as life-like as her work, but I believe you have nailed it! Judy, your cards are so touching. I can almost hear these lil singers. Love how you did the holly and also the touches of white on the berries! You think of everything! Beautiful work Sistah! LYMI

Judy, this is fantabulous! Love your flower soft fur and those holly leaves are so real looking. I guess I need a holly punch now that I've seen this beauty! Sigh.
