Today the Teapot Party is the Tour de France...and if you check out Mothermark's blog, you'll see the teapot that inspired the story.
What fun to sit all morning with lace and brads and flowers and make a scene to go with my story. Do you see my snail? She is sitting in the shade, feeling the rumble under her shell of hundreds of bicycles...she is thinking about venturing out to see what all the ruckus is...should she or shouldn't she??
Thanks for looking, and come out and play if you can!!

Awwww what a great scene. I have never been good at creating a scene. Well on a card anyway. I am good at it IRL. Like last week when we drove the boat up to a restaurant. Docked, ate... came out and I fell off the dock into the water. My hubby was mortified. LOL. It was so embarrassing...
This card is adorable. I love the slimy snail. Have you seen my snail. He was actually under the table. Ick I don't like those things. I love your ribbon treatment. Super job with this one Traci....

To go, or not to go....hmmmm.....if you stay you are safe, but you don't know what you are missing... if you leave, it might be danger, but it might be fun.... Better just hang and have some tea!

Oh, it certainly looks like you had fun making this card and writing the story! Thoroughly enjoyable. Love the ginghan and apple tree. This is a wonderful little scene and so perfect for the tea party this week!
