You picked a great color combination today, Betty! I had to follow suit and use flowers, roses that is. This card also fits Sharon's notime challenge to use piping on your card. I actually used red velvet..
My rose is a B Line Design image that was inked with Memento Ladybug and stamped on PTI poppy red paper. I used an acetate overlay inked with Stazon jet black to create dimension. The leaves were inked with Nick Bantock chartreuse leaf and a bit of sap moss. They were cut and popped on foam. The old roses advertisement is from Oxford Impressions. I used the cracked glass technique on it...mounting on foam. The french brocade (Stamp Francisco) is inked with Archival jet black onto GP white cs. The red card base is stamped with Cornish Heritage Farms 'Flowers and Lace' in SU Real Red. I added a scallop edge against the velvet and attached with red staples.
So tell me what you think, I always appreciate your comments!
