These are the first inchies I've made, and it's been really fun so far! They're for Dena's 100-inchie swap.
It's hard to see a lot of detail in the photo, so here are a few brief descriptions.
- Gilligan's Island was my favorite show growing up. The little stamped palm trees were done by cutting out a teeny tree with fun foam, then gluing it onto a bit of clear plastic to make a stamp.
- Two of them are popped up like little shadow boxes. On the red gem one, there's clear plastic sandwiched between the cardstock and the gem sits on that.
- The penguin and the cat are embossed.
- I know the toilet one is kinda wacky, but I used to have a doctor who - when he prescribed antibiotics - would remind me to eat food with the medicine or I'd be talking on the big white telephone - LOL! A fond memory of a dear doctor who passed away a couple of years ago.
So..... this is my first gallery post as well as my first inchies. Please let me know what you think! TFL!!!

I am new at the inches too. You did a fabulous job on your first time. WoW. Love the Obama one... I got one of his pins, never thought about making a small inchie of the pin.

These are Fantastic! Witty, colorful, and easy to discern. Please post the rest of your hundred when you're done, I cannot wait to see them! In fact, makes me wish I were participating!
I'm new at this, too, and just joined the 100 inchie swap. I think I'm understanding what people are doing, but how did you do the letters/words on the toilet inchie? Did you print it out on the square that was eventually going to be the inchie, punch it out, and then add the toilet?
