I got this stamp set from my DH for Valentine's day - it is soooo gorgeous!! Of course, I did show it to him on the website, put it in the basket then hand the laptop to him to checkout!! I wouldn't want him to work too hard on my gift... lol!
It is called Harlequin Rose from Elusive images: check out their website at www.graphicus.co.uk.
When I saw the inspiration challenge, the 'Trick or Treat' bra caught my eye and I liked the black and red combinations as well as the stitching, so that's what I was inspired to use on my card.
The image was stamped on Kraft and coloured with pencils and zest-it (UK equivalent of Gamsol). I added highlights with my white pencil. The rose was stamped again and cut out, popped up on dimensionals for 3D effect.
The papers are from a new K&Co kit called the Classics Collection - they are beautiful! The faux stitching is done using stamps - I don't have a sewing machine as I've never been a sewer, but I am seriously considering getting one for my cards! I added some hardware to add to the 'dirty' feel of the card.
Hope you like...
TFL!
