I'll admit when I saw the title of today's TLC, I thought, are you kidding me? But then I looked at Fern's samples - thank you. In the gallery I came across this card by nitestamper, Chat, and she had a tutorial on her blog! YEAH!! TLC205 Scallop (Pleated) Flower by nitestamper at Splitcoaststampers
Here is my version of this simple to do technique. I have no idea what color the ribbon is, just some green I had in a pile of scrap ribbons.

Karen... this is sooo pretty! I too checked out that tutorial when I saw so many of these today... I will have to try one when I have more time! Today just wasn't the day! I've had company and it's been hard to do much card making but I have to try it.... I just love it! Love the soft pink you used on this and the ribbon is just the perfect touch!
