I was excited to see Vicky was today's featured stamper. She is a consistent participant in the Saturday Inspiration Challenge, so I wanted to use one of her IC cards as my inspiration.
My holiday card is inspired by her card for IC128 ~ IC128 Better Person. After unsuccessfully trying to cleanly emboss a holiday sentiment in black no less than 15 times this morning (black embossing powder is not my friend), I finally changed course and decided to use this vintage holiday image. In addition to that change, I moved the knotted ribbon to the left and swapped the butterfly for a golden snowflake with a black pearl.
The Holiday Print background was stamped in Versamark & embossed in black (where all of those wayward specks aren't as noticeable). I painted the background using Golden Glimmer Blingz and Ruby Red Shimmerz Glitter Paints.
Accessories: Black Detail EP, Vintage holiday image, sheer black ribbon, Martha Stewart snowflake punch, black half-pearl, foam tape, Gold Glimmer Blingz, Ruby Red Shimmerz

Very Striking, Stef! I love the snowflake and pearl accent and the vintage theme! Great CASE too!
