America your cards are lovely! I hope you enjoy your day in the spotlight here on SCS. I chose to case this card. I liked the layout and the ribbon at the top of your main image.
As I've mentioned before, I collect windows and chairs and doors. I love architectural elements...and today I turned B Line Designs gorgeous door into a window for my Christmas tree. I inked the door with Stazon timber brown onto RECYCLED acetate from packaging. I cut down the middle and scored the panes on the edges. I placed Cornish Heritage Farms aged sheet music behind the door...stamped onto white GP cs with VersaMagic hydrangea. The wallpaper is from MME Bohemia papers 2007. The tree is from Artistic Outpost, it was inked with Adirondack lettuce, meadow, and pesto. I added stickles for ornaments and a star on top. The right edge of the window has vintage German foil scrap in red peaking out and directing the eye to the REJOICE. The Hero Arts word was embossed in metallic bronze ep. I added 'OH HAPPY DAY" to my wallpaper. My card base is PTI brown.
Thanks for peeking into my world...hope you found the view thought provoking! I'll be thinking some more over on my blog in a bit!

I thought perhaps I just opened the door to the NY Museum! I have to stand and think about this is! Yes, sweet girl, it is most thought provoking. Wonderful dimension and use of colors. It's in a class all by itself on the east side of the Museum... you'll find it over there by some newer 1900's contemporary artists whose names temporarily escape me.

Susan, your cards always have so many interesting, layered components. I could stare at this all day. Such a fabulous composition of elements and textures. Wonderful card for today's gallery.
