This is for today's Limited Supplies Challenge 182. We were to use an old stamp that hasn't been used in a while, old DP or paper and embellies you have been hoarding.
Well, I have had this made since 8:00 this morning, but due to Fay, I have been without any internet access. It killed me!! LOL I so wanted to get this uploaded, but hey, what can you do? There is no aguring with a tropical storm!!
In light of Fay, I found this Stamp set in the back of my stamps and thought it would be perfect for today. I have not used it in almost 2 years. The paper I chose was my awesome Cool Carribean, and my embellies came from Dawn (dawnmercedes) when she sent me my first CCRAK swap.
I stamped the main image twice, colored them both with my Water Color Pencils, then cut the top of the umbrella, the girl, and the duck from the second one, and popped them up with demensionals. For my sentiment, I added a touch of my WCC's to give it some color. On my Cool Carribean, I punched out a scallop and made clouds to go with all the rain. I love how it turned out.
We are all fairing well at my house. Just lots and lots of wind and rain. We were only out off power from 1:00 am-4:30 am this morning. We are extremely lucky!! There are over 80,000 people without power here in Jacksonville and there is also much damage throughout the city. But thank the Lord it is finally passing on through.
As for my card, what do y'all think??

Your coloring is gorgeous, Michelle. This is one of my favorite sets and I will never get rid of it. I live in Orlando and I don't know when I have ever seen more ran that Fay dumped on us. Luckily, we only lost power for about an hour one night in the night. No damage for us but lots of debris from the oaks around my neighborhood. I'm glad you are safe.

Lovely card - reminds me of the macs we got one year when we were on holidays without any and it had rained for 4 days, so we had to go and get new ones in the nearest town, LOL. Love the idea of the cloudy background paper, great touch.
