I arranged my strips on white, cut and arranged onto another white base and then like Lisa, I die cut that sheet. I tried a circle and did not get it to cut all the way through so finished cutting with scissors. I die cut some flowers and leaves with more scraps and mounted onto a old background I had made long ago and decided to use on this card. Don't really remember how I did it.

So cool the way you've cut it into a circle, Liz. It looks great. I'm probably definitely going to try that - if I can bring myself to waste the rest of the piece!
