What makes me happy on 'Happiness Day' - celebrating - not only my own joys but the joy and happiness of others, especially by making cards for the occasions! I cut the word frame on my trusty Cricut at 4'', did it twice for extra strength. Backed with lilac and matched a small border on the white panel. I die cut the wedding bells but snipped off the foliage. A bow and gems to finish. Not very CAS, but there we go ;-)
Happy Day to you All x

Oh I think this is perfectly CAS and perfectly lovely - I can't imagine those bells with foliage - the simple bow treatment really lets the awesome design on those bells take front & center.
