For the flower I silver embossed, added colors with spritzed water and Brushos color crystals. Added Glimmer Mist for shimmer, cut out flower.
The background was bubble wrap with Versamark and clear embossing powder, shaded with Tim Holtz Tumbled Glass distress ink. Added some clear sequins to embellish and sentiment banner, popped up on dimensionals.

I was puzzled at how you got the inverse look to your bubble bg then realized you had basically done an emboss resist. It gives a really unique look that way. I like the addition of the clear sequins here & there. - Beautiful Rose!
