Robin's challenge today is "What's In Your Garden?" Let's see..I've got pansies, tulips, phlox, azaleas, magnolias, dogwoods, and LILACS! I love the sweet smell of lilacs, but it's been so cold and rainy here that I haven't even gone outside to sniff my flowers yet!

Hi, gallery neighbor...you're right we don't often end up side to side. I love the scent of lilacs. We used to have tham at our former house, but they never thrived at our new home.....too much shade. : (

I love your lilacs. When I moved from Pennsylvania to Florida, my lilacs were the thing I missed most. We had several huge lilac bushes in our yard and the aroma was marvelous. It's 50 years later and I still miss them. Thanks for the memory!

So pretty! Nothing better than an orange color butterfly on purple flowers! I love seeing that color combo in nature! Here it would be purple field lupine and California poppies. They grow in fields together and along roadside...what a spectacular sight!
Love your card! Thanks for playing!

Lovely lilac and such a beautiful card for Mother's Day. I see that pretty butterfly and bet they love your garden, too.

How lucky you are to have all of those lovely flowers in your yard. These lilacs are so pretty with that gorgeous butterfly. I always like lavender and orange together. Beautiful flower card.
