Well I'm sure seeing double in this fun challenge! So I have two pair of seals and two circle windows. Kind of like looking thru a cockeyed pair of binoculars, lol.
The images are DRS Designs. The seals were stamped on white c/s and two were cut out. For the bubble frame, I decided where to put the circles in the turquoise c/s and die cut them. Then I stamped the sentiment. I wanted to emboss the background but NOT the sentiment area. I'm sure there's a tutorial for it, but I couldn't find one, so I did a quick little tutorial on this very easy technique Here. It's only 4 pics long and honest, it's that easy.
After I embossed, I used a blue rainbow ink pad and a white pigment pad and sponged on a little more color in bands. Then I placed it over the background w/ the one pair and positioned my cut out seals in the upper circle. The finished card is 5.50 x 4.25.
Thanks so much for looking! Close ups will be on my blog in just a bit: The Write Stuff

so cool, Julie! Your watery bg is amazing with all the details. I love the unembossed area for your sentiment and all the little dew drop "bubbles". Awesome!
