I sponged Yoyo Yellow on the bottom half and wheeled the Doodle wheel.
And, the cat in the hat is a thought that comes to mind when Dr. Seuss is mentioned. I inked only the brim on one of the Going Out in Style hats, then inked only a portion of the package stamp of Cool Cat, guesstimated the proportions, masked and stamped the stripes, then drew the connecting lines.

This is such a neat idea! I love that you used a ton of different images to make one main Seussical image! Your cats are wonderful and the coloring on the Doodle wheel makes the card for me! Thank you so much for playing my challenge!!!
