Colored pencil resist is very similar to crayon resist. If you haven't done that, check out Beate's tutorial under resources on this site. Colored pencil resist is different in that the colored pencils don't have as much wax as crayons, so the color penetrates a bit. It's hard to see in the scan, but the colored pencils give just a faint coloring (here in yellow and green) rather than the complete resist of crayons. I sponged this card. I want to try the same card with a brayer on glossy (I used US vanilla) and see if there's much of a difference.
