This card was done for the Polished Stone technique challenge tonight.
The butterfly was done using elegant eggplant and sage shadow reinkers w/ a little pearl mixative. I stamped the butterfly in Black StazOn. The flower, which I can't think of what that fold is called, but, it's done w/ Summer Sun, Pumpkin Pie and So Saffron reinkers. I used the 1 1/4" circle punch, 1" circle punch, and the old flowers that retired last year, and then a regular hole punch for the very middle. I used Curvy Verses to make a flight path for the butterfly and still get my sentiment on there! It says, "You're a wonderful reason to celebrate!" I used my cloud stencil (that I drew myself) for some clouds because the card was boring w/out anything! I drew a leaf and cut it out in Garden Green.
Thanks for looking!!!

Once again, you've nailed this challenge! The fold is called the Dahlia fold - clearly you have a gift for this craft. I can't wait to see the other creations you come up with - I will definitely be watching your gallery! Thanks for sharing!

Oh my - this is VERY cool. I like the way you used the polished technique for the butterfly, rather than as a bg. I also like the folded embellishment. Very nice. TFS
