VSN is in full swing tonight. Mandy has the 3rd challenge and it's a fun one. We were to use Dr. Seuss as inspiration for a fun and fancifulcard. My favorite Seuss stories are There's a Wocket in My Pocket and Yertle the Turtle. I made a pocket card with a wocket poking his nose over the edge. Both the wocket and the Happy birthday are bookmarks that pull out. Of course, I had to get Yertle in there, too so she's the image on the front. This card was a blast to make.
Thanks Mandy.

The wocket is priceless--just so perfect and this is just about the neatest thing I've seen for a 5 year old who will certainly know these timeless books thanks to her grandmother!

Yertle the Turtle (and other stories) was my very first Dr. Seuss book. I got it for Christmas when I was in first grade. Such a great book! I love your Yertle card! It was so inspired to put bookmarks in the Wocket pocket!
