My friend Peggy bought me this bird image - I have no idea what line it's from. If anyone knows - please let me know! I think it's so sweet! I would say it's a sparrow - what do you think?
I colored the image with my aqua pen and ink pads. I sponged the edges. I used the Sanded BG and French script for the main BG. I used brown and cream mulberry paper behind the image.
I ran the edge of my ribbon through Chocolate chip craft ink. I stamped over it with Itty Bitty Backgrounds in the same craft ink.
(I have been doing the "Dare to get dirty" challenges for the past 2 days - wow - there are so many I can't keep up! see DTGD0

The mulberry paper on this makes me think of nesting material for the bird! that's a great bird stamp - love the colors you used and how you stamped the ribbon!

(I believe) This is one of the birds from the somewhat-new bird sheet of stamps from Sparkle N Sprinkle. I have them and LOVE all of them! Great card Cerinda!

What a gorgeous card! The little bird, I believe, is a wren. See how it's little tail feathers stick up? Funny how you colored it exactly right without even knowing for sure what it was. This is beautiful, beautiful work!!
