This was truly a challenge for me, as I had never attempted the grid technique. My bone folder's tip broke off, but I made do with the side. I also wanted to attempt a style that does not come naturally to me: shabby. I adore the shabby creations of Keri Sereika and Julia Stainton, who I met (stalk) through CHF, but after several rounds of cards filed in the round bin (KWIM?), I gave up...until today. This is much simpler than their crafty sensations, but it was less overwhelming to me.
Thanks for a showcasing a fun new-to-me technique, Beth. I'm much more comfortable with the bone folder, even if it is broken! ;)

You're a trouper, that's for sure: no scor pal and then a broken bone folder. Despite that, you managed to create a wonderfully unique and unusual card. It's fabulous! love the grid you created and your images on top. Kudos. This is fantastic.
