A wedding card for the Inspiration Challenge today. Wonderful artistry in the cake sample pictures. I chose the pale green and cream cake with dotted caramel icing to case.
I've used a Pink Petticoat image download and coloured it with primsacolor pencils and oms. I cut the image out with nestabilities and then cut two scalloped pieces of sage and peppermint bazzil card for the mats. The DP is Basic Grey Euphoria and I layered this over the white card blank which is embossed with the textile folder to give an impression of icing. The image mats were placed on dimension tape and then I dotted stickles in all the scallops, I wanted to use perfect pearls again for dots of icing which are on the inspiration piece but they've disappeared off the face of the earth since yesterday!!! I cut slits at the top of the card to take the two ribbons and added gems to finish.
