This is my submission for today's Ways To Use It challenge - to use scoring. Thanks, Julia, for the fun challenge! I only wish my new Scor-Pal had arrived! I've been wanting to try the Grid Technique so today was the perfect time to do it! I scored the background for my main image with the scoring blade on my cutter. I first stamped French Script in River Rock on white CS. I then stamped the bird with Brown Staz-on and watercolored it with reinkers and an Aquapainter. I lightly stamped the ferns around the very edge. Finally I sponged the whole panel with Soft Sky then ink distressed the edges with TH Antique Linen DI.
I hope you can see the gridlines in the photo.
TFL!
