I used vintage ctmh paper and cs on this card. I used a paper folding technique I learned on DIY from Anna Griffin. A craft glue dot and monoadhesive hold the heat curled ribbon in place.

WOW, this looks just like a blouse. I love the paper folding to look like a pleated front and the lace edging makes it so real. I like the windblown ribbon as well.

Bev, this has such a Wonderful feel of vintage clothing.
Love those pleats with the panels of lace and the buttons are stamped also? Very clever! Love your choice of colors and the movement the wired ribbon creates.

Great combo with the stamped lace and the pleated paper, creates a lovely textile kind of feel! I thought maybe you'd heat shrunk the ribbon but from your description it looks like you used adhesive to hold the shape - great job!
