Ok, so I'm at my friends house on Tuesday. We are making cards, and my son asks if he can make one too.
We go thru the cardstock, and he sees the chocolate chip, he says I want to use that. Then he sees that my friend and I are working with old olive, and decides he wants to use that too. He also saw the scraps from our previous card where we used rose red. He says I want that too. So he puts it together, and has me cut off the edges, then he says, I need to layer my image. He chooses Handsome Hunter. OMG!!! Can you say color challenge!!!! Handsome Hunter, Old Olive, Rose Red, and Chocolate chip!!!! What a combination, and this coming from an 8 year old!!!!
How artistic is my son!!! I am so proud of him.
He even stamped the image himself. He used the rose red and the old olive. Then he took a sponge, and sponged on more rose red around the image. For the thanks, he used chocolate chip and rose red, and since there was no more hunter, you know what this intelligent boy did, he colored it with handsome hunter to give the illusion of having another layer!
What a bright and talented son I have!!!! I couldn't be any more proud of him than I already am. I think he is a chip off the old block!
Thanks for looking, and feel free to leave my son lots of comments!
