I didn't want to totally copy Sparkle's color challenge card for this week, so I used Eloise instead of Gardenia Greenthumb. I heart Eloise, she's so much fun to color! And I think she can pull of yellow, too I didn't put a sentiment on this because I figured it makes a good any-occasion card.
For the background, I colored the Climbing Floral backgrounder from CHF with markers...please remind me to never do that again...and put vellum over it. Unfortunately, the vellum, while it softens the look of the background, also makes it look like I couldn't get the camera to focus when I was taking the picture -roll eyes- Just trust me when I say it looks better in person.

I have to say it, I think coloring the background was worth it. It's been a long time since I've seen vellum on a card. I used to love vellum, think you've inspired me to get mine out again! Your card is lovely!
