This is for today's ways to use it...birds! Thought I would pull out one of my old favorites.
The picture is kind of odd because the sun was directly above and it threw weird shadows of the plastic mesh.
Oh yeah...fruit plastic mesh...recycling!!
Colored the chicken with markers and sponged really rust over the whole panel, some paper piercing on the bottom. Needed something on the right to hide the tape that is holding the mesh; no idea why I framed chicken foot prints!! lol!! I knew I wanted ribbon on one side of the frame and a brad on the other but it wasn't until after I punched the hole that I realized the ribbon on the other side of the frame would cover the sentiment. There is sewing around the two bottom panels.

Oh! I love this one too! The layout is interesting and fun, especially with the extra shadows from the sun! Terrific card, and again....LOVE the idea of the mesh!
