I use to tole paint using patterns from Plum Purdy. Well, I found last winter that she was making stamps too. She recently sent out an e-mail showing some of her newest stamps, which I just had to purchase. So here is a card using one of her stamps.
By the way, they have some really cute snowmen that I bought last year. I will be using them this winter. It's too hot to use them now. They'd just melt! lol On to the card........
I stamped the image twice on w/c paper, coloring with w/c pencils. Cut both images out, used one for the layering. Stamped the bees, colored them and cut them out. Put silver sparkles on their wings.
Using my oval scalloped nesties, I cut out two ovals from basic grey dp, embossing them both.
I cut down the size of my glossy white linen card. I stamped the dots onto the strip I cut off, then I sponged distress ink-tea dye on it. Glued this onto the middle of the card, then glued the ovals on, then the images, popping up the other one. Added doodles on the edges of front oval, and dew drops on the side.
Glued on the bees adding motion dots and called it a card. It was fun creating this, hope you enjoyed looking at it. TFL :0)

WOW!! Cathy this is beautiful. The colors, the dp, the EVERYTHING. Your coloring is awesome again. I have to ask you (don't forget to remind me!) how you stamped the dots. Great job sis.

Oh my goodness, is this ever outstanding, cathy! How you do these things, I'll just never figure out. Oh, please dont feel compelled to send me a pm with a step-by-step tutorial; I have never been able to follow directions, so I'll just have to admit this from a distance. This is just too too amazing!
