Okay, here is another one the Father's Day cards that I made for this year. I made this one for a friend of my husband's and mine. We are the Godparents to Chris' little girl Hailee!
I started with a piece of the retired Outlaw dsp and picked my colors from there. I used creamy caramel, chocolate chip, and real red. The background panel is made up of two halves. The bottom half is the Outlaw dsp and the top half is creamy caramel that was stamped with the Sanded bg in caramel ink. I matted the bg panel with real red and chocolate chip cs. The strip across the middle is creamy caramel and I stamped some of the stars from Starstruck on it in real red and chocolate chip. I matted this strip with real red and chocolate chip cs. The main image/sentiment is from All Holidays. I used my Stampin' Up! markers to color the stamp with my three main colors and stamped it on whisper white cs. Again, I matted this panel with real red and chocolate chip cs. This entire panel is up on dimensionals. All of the chocolate chip layers were distressed with a distressing tool. Finally, I added the antique brass brads in the corners of the background panel.
Thanks for looking!
