These are coaster sets I have made for Christmas presents, I'm getting ready early this year.
They are wood blanks bought at a local craft store and I painted them with Lumiere paints. They are stamped using stazon ink.
The gloss is a 2 part medium and sets to a really nice hard gloss finish which is heat resistant in 3 weeks. They are backed with cork.
update :I have just written a more detailed description of how I make these in the techniques forum Forums at Splitcoaststampers

Your coasters are so colorful, fun and beautiful!
Please help me with your reference to "medium"; I have made stamped coasters with tiles which have not stood up to use even with many coats of a sealant, so am thinking the medium you are using is just the ticket. Could you help a total newbie out on this one?!!!
Thx bunches! ;)

Would you consider doing a tutorial on these, I'm sure I'm not the only one who would like to see step by step how you made your NEAT coasters!!! Thanks for sharing!

Well Lumiere is always cool and cupcakes can never go bad, but this combo is FABULOUS!
Is there a name brand for your gloss medium?
or any tricks we should know?

Both of the coaster sets you have here look fantastic! Like many others, I would love to get a few more details (hints and tricks) about the how and what you used in making these fantastic gifts.
