This is the photo from today's Inspiration Challenge that inspired me to create a card with bright pink flowers: Forums at Splitcoaststampers
The flowers were stamped, cut-out and layered. The leaves were punched and sponged with Wild Wasabi ink for added dimension. I truly enjoy little detail work, but even these pink polka dots got on my nerves- they are punched with an 1/8th in hole punch and glued in place. The rhinestones are actually cell phone "bling" bought in the craft department at Wal Mart (very cute but a pain to remove the paper backing!) Sewing done on a sewing machine.
Thanks so much for looking,
Julie

Oh my! This is spectacular! What a lot of work... those tiny dots had to drive you nuts! But they are so perfectly placed and the leaves are gorgeous! So much detail and texture! Great job!

Wow! This is gorgeous. My CB (I finally broke down and ordered one) was supposed to be here 2 days ago! When I saw this creation it made me even more anxious to get it!
