Here is another fabulous new set I got to play with as guest designer for Kitchen Sink this month.
The mortar board was stamped in three layers:
Layer 1: Basic Gray by Stampin' Up
Layer 2: Versafine Onyx Black (stamped off once)
Layer 3: Versafine Onyx Black
The tassel and ribbon:
Layer 1: Lovely Lilac (stamped off once)
Layer 2: Lovely Lilac
Layer 3 (on the ribbon only): Lovely Lilac
The diploma:
Layer 1: River Rock (stamped off once)
Layer 2: River Rock (stamped off once)
Layer 3: River Rock
The Class of was stamped with Versafine Onyx Black
while 2008 was stamped first in Lovely Lilac as a shadow and then Versafine Onyx Black on top.
The sentiment on the card front was stamped in Lovely Lilac.
To complete my design, I went to another favorite Kitchen Sink set to create the high school initials.
From Whole Family, I masked off and used the A from Aunt, the H from Happy, and the S from Special. I was thrilled with the results and look forward to making these in many colors for the graduates on my list!!

nice graduation card -- very elegant -- adding to favorites for future reference. I've already finished my grad cards for the year. Your ribbon is exactly the right touch for this card ;)
