Nature's first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leafs a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay.
Robert Frost
My all time favorite movie is the Outsiders. I especially love the part where Ponyboy and Johnny are standing by the church watching the sunrise and Ponyboy recites this poem. As soon as I saw the challenge, I knew what I wanted to do. This card totally reminds me of the scene in the movie.
I used stampscape stamps on stampboard with adirondak ink pads.

You were reading my mind! I was just fixing to use this exact set with a Frost poem also. Great minds think alike
Back to the drawing board! LOVE your card.

Love the poem and your scene is awesome! It does look like a postcard!
