This challenge was to create a card inspired by a favorite poem. Mine is Robert Frost, Nothing Gold can Stay:
Nature's first green is gold,
Her hardes hue to hold.
Her early leaf's flower,
but only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf,
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day,
Nothing gold can stay.
The background piece is on glossy white cardstock using the crayon technique.

The crayon background looks great! I love the poem that inspired you!
