I like the etched photo of a teacher reading to children. I have a sculpture someone gave me 20 years ago as a preschool teacher. The "Wish Upon A Star" is the theme of the fundraiser, but I usually think of that as something to do with gazing heavenward (there's a Precious Moments Boy that does this). Is is possible to get a photo of something similar and etch it for that? [or child holding a cut-out posterboard star? or two or three children cutting starts out of playdough on a table? Another idea is to print the text (or stamp it) on the vellum to give it a more "classic" look... I only suggest this because the photo content and etching seem more "classic" to me. This is really cool. The photo turned out very well with great details. Is there a quote that goes along with books... like "portals to the world" or something about great imaginings... if you can read you can do anything... ??? I sure hope that this doesn't discourage you or anything! Its a beautiful card!
