The challenge candles are pretty but at first I didn't have a clue what to do. This just sorta came to me when I focused on the yellow candle.
What I did: I started w/ b.banana c/s and sponged on the white chalk ink at the top. Then gradually added darker colors (yellow chalk, m.mustard, butterscotch) toward the bottom. Sponged some of the butterscotch around the edges, too.
Stamped the various flowers w/ coal ink and the dots bg w/ butterscotch. I cut a narrow outer frame w/ my coluzzle, then cut a thin frame out around the image and discarded it. I attached the center panel onto black c/s w/ foam tape and the frame around it w/ regular adhesive. This is all attached to a m.mustard card. I stamped the sentiment directly on the image piece. The dragonfly was stamped on a scrap and cut out. The two brad like circles in the right corner are 3 sizes of hole punches layered on top w/ a dot of white gel pen in the center. The flowers are highlighted w/ the white gel pen, too. TFL
