I should start a blog (yeah, right!) Anyway, this is for Tuesdays CC166, pumpkin pie, soft sky, and ruby red. Couldn't make things work until I found this piece of pattern paper laying around and started playing with my paisley nesties. Then, isn't it amazing how things just fall into place? Little Secret: I broke the challenge rules and the challenge police have probably put out an APB--I just didn't like the look of soft sky. I upped it a little to cool caribbean and I'm convinced emily would have done the same if it had been a current color in SU!
If you have the paisley scallop nesties, here's a little tip for you. To achieve the same angle of curve, trace the first cut piece onto the back of the piece you are going to cut and line up the scallop edge to match. For this you would put the paper through the paisley nestie, exposing just the edge you want to cut. Do you like the "Made with Love" Giga eyelet? My friend, casep, found me a great deal at Costco. I got the Crop-A-dile (the old one) and 600 eyelets of various sizes including about a dozen of these nice big ones--all aluminum. The price? $25. Can you believe it? Some stores may still be carrying the kit.

Well this is VERY cute. Love the dots. I haven't tried anything fancy with my paisley nesties yet, but this inspires me. I love this birthday set. Those big candles are so versatile. Great card!
