I started this card for today's Limited Supplies challenge -- no stamping -- and wound up including Sharon Johnon's (notimetostamp) Friday challenge to use stitching -- faux or real. My sewing machine has not had thread in it for many years, so I went with faux stitching around the edge of the large white panel and then added some doodles. After I added the primas, I decided it still needed something, so I cut out the ornamental element with my Cuttlebug. Added some stickles to the flower centers and shimmer to the element.
As it turns out, this card also qualifies for yesterday's Ways to Use It challenge to use chipboard. The CB element is cut from chipboard -- well, a piece of cereal box glued to black cardstock.

I like the faux stitching.. I know what you mean about no thread in the sewing machine... it is faster to just draw them on.. this is such a lovely card!
