The challenge was to use chip board. Luckily Kittie had given me a few chip sample to try out! In one of her workshops she showed us how to cover the chip board in craft ink - heat with a gun to dry it and then stamp on top of it. I made a scene around the fishing basket. I used a little piece of linen thread to add fishing line to the rod. I glued it on with Mod Podge and a small paint brush.
Too bad this set is retired (and over priced on ebay) - it has great detail for water coloring. I borrowed this from my friend Dixie. I PROMISE to give it back!

Oooooooh this is so great! My dh would LOVE this! I have oogled over this set but like you said... it's so expensive on ebay. Love your coloring and the linen thread was inspired! Great job!

Cerinda, this is gorgeous. Your coloring is wonderful on the image and I love how you used the mini to surround it. The chipboard tag with the hooks is such a clever and creative touch! Oh....the linen thread is perfect, too!
