Well, Julia, I have to say the chipboard was a great idea...I perused a box of choices of the boards and I might just have to play again today!
I'll post the details after the carpool run...well I'm back. I've had this wagon colored and ready for a card for awhile, however nothing seemed to work until today. I used a chipboard tag that I pained with MM blueberry acrylic paint. While it was still wet, I sprinkled Barbara Trombleys' vintage glass glitter onto the tag. This is the old German glitter that ages as it is exposed to the air. My STAR is from a Christmas ornament. The wagon(Judikins) was colored with prismacolor pencils and the wheel rims exactoed. I mounted it on foam. I used twine to hitch the star! The stars in the wagon are cut from MME 29th Street Market Spirit 'shining star' starbright paper....love those old rusted barnstars. The Ralph Waldo Emerson quote is stamped in VersaColor black and embossed in clear on a small vanilla tag. I used various ribbons as accents.
I adore this quote...another way to remember to DREAM big...now do YOU...dream BIG, that is?

Susan, this is so cool! Of course you would have just the perfect elements and would put them together in a totally creative way! I love the wagon and the star and how the wonderful saying ties them together!
