This is one of the three license plate albums that I am showcasing. Before altering the license plate, I decide what my theme is going to be. I look for unusual plates, those that mean something to the recipient, and/or those that fit a color-scheme I am working with. I cut matte board in 12x6 sizes, then trace the corners of each each individual plate before cutting. I use spray adhesive to adhere paper to both the front and reverse sides of the backing board. I use C-clips (in various colors) through the screw holes. If the plate is for a woman/girl, I'll embellish the C-clips with ribbons. If it's for a man/boy, they either goe un-embellished or strung through with bead chainn.
