I'm really disappointed in how this scanned. Even playing with contrast and brightness doesn't help. It truly is pretty in person! I got the idea from the thread the other day about using aluminum foil in stamping. Thanks for the inspiration.

Oops! Sorry, since it didn't scan well I guess it isn't clear what I did with the aluminum foil. I stamped the iris on the window sheet using StazOn. When it was completely dry, I turned it over and colored from the back side using the Sharpies. While that was drying, I cut a piece of aluminum foil and crumpled it up. I carefully (must do this carefully or foil will tear) straightened out the foil and adhered the window sheet to the foil by using small dabs of SNAIL where the black ink was. I then stuck the image to a piece of scrap cardstock using SNAIL so it would have some weight and rigidity. I trimmed the whole thing with my Snips and mounted it to the card. The foil shines through the clear/colored spaces in the stamped image and it looks like stained glass. It really is a very pretty effect!
