I tried to do cracked glass. It didn't crack very much - and you sure can't see it in the picture! But small cracks anyway....
This is one of fav sets and I love making this card. I colored the tree with markers and spritzed it lightly with water. I did the same with the leaves - I cut them out and clear embossed. I heated the ribbon to make it curl.

This is beautiful! Your cracked glass - a couple of things to think about... did you put enough layers of UTEE on it? I use the freezer method to get it to crack... Place in freezer for ~ 10 minutes - take out and immediately crack... If it doesn't crack enough put it back in for another 10 then crack... Works every time and I love this technique! Anyway hope this helps and I love your card!
