The challenge was to use circles. I used a punch for the shaker part and nestabilities for the little circles. I filled the shaker with glitter. I clear embossed the fish scene with iridicent ice. Topped with transparency to seal it.
I went a little wild with the white gel pen - couldn't stop myself!
