I had several of my smoosh, squish, and spray pieces available, so I decided to use them in a creative way.
The smoosh, squish and spray method is using a baggie, cutting down the side and bottom, opening it up, stamping an inkpad on one side of the baggie, then a similar color on the other side. Close the baggie, use your bone folder create airbubbles. Then open your baggie, take a spray bottle, fill it with water, and a few drops of food coloring, then spray once or twice on the baggie. Close the baggie, use your bone folder again, and come out with your master piece.
I used red food coloring on mine. The pink piece actually was two shades of purple. When I sprayed red, it came out pink. The purple one, was two dark shades of blue. When I sprayed the red, it came out purple. So much fun!!!! I just love my technique!
The card is based on lavendar lace, then black is mounted on it. I used a white gel pen for the lines. I tied a few ribbons, kind of a creamy color. I mounted my circles on basic grey. The flowers are done in black craft ink and heat embossed with black ep. They are popped up with dimensionals.
