Well, the look is not quite the same because the flap comes out in shorter proportion to the card. Here's what I did...
Cut cardstock 4.25 x 12 inches.
Round one end (with a cereal bowl).
Fold at 5 inches from the straight end.
Fold at 5 and an eighth inches from the first fold.
The gingham paper is 4.5 x 3.75

Coming from the constructive comment thread - this is a precious card... I LOVE gingham. The only suggestion I might have is to add some color in the "hello". It gets a little lost on the gingham since it's just an outline.
