This is a three challenge card----CC164, LSC165, TLC160.
The snowflake layer is a scrap piece that a made a few weeks ago for the TLC---I still had it out on my desk (sad, I know! Cleaning is against my religion ;).
I sponged the blacks and the soft sky circle with white craft. The sentiment is hand written.
I got the layout from Joy of Cardmaking.

LOL! I have a snowflake set sitting on my desk right now... got it out this morning for today's challenge... I thought it would work well for it... but then I got off on the other one so thought I'd maybe work another one. Now I see you did one and it IS a good combo for the snowflakes! We're on the same wavelength today! Love your card!
