It was the ribbon challenge - Forums at Splitcoaststampers - by GarnetJ that started me on this, but I'm also counting if for the WT163 Snip snip challenge, because I used scissors to cut out the paper image and the shrink plastic one .
I got the Lily Kate ribbon at Christmas when I got some for a friend, and I hadn't used any yet. Now that's a whole roll gone on one card, sniff. The purple paper is also Lily Kate. I stamped the barrow with black Staz-on on paper, and coloured it with Sakura Stardust silver and black, putting it onto a bit of acetate and using an aqua-painter to colour the image. For the shrink plastic I stamped the barrow in black Staz-on, and the flowers in grey. Again I used black and silver Stardust pens for the barrow, and purple and pink for the flowers. The little bird at the top is Basic Grey, and Colorbox Dark Brown chalk ink.

I love that!! It reminds me of a patch on a quilt - not sure if that was your intent. Looks like you did a lot of work. That ribbon looks neat and unique.
