I started with my spray bottle. I filled it with water then added a few drops of red food coloring. I set it aside.
I used my smoosh squish & spray technique on this card, using barely banana and almost apricot. I used a baggie, cut it open, then used the barely banana on one side, and the almost apricot on the other. I then closed the baggie, and smooshed the colors together.
I opened the baggie then used red food coloring mixture, and sprayed it on the baggie. Then I closed the baggie and squished it together. I came out with the fun and interesting pattern that you see in the background piece.
I mounted it on groovy guava and gable green. The background cardstock is barely banana.
The sunflower is stamped on whisper white with barely banana, almost apricot and groovy guava, rocked and rolled on the edges. The leaves and stalk are done in gable green and certain celery.

Love your technique! I assume you used reinkers in the other colors? It's a great bg! Love your flower too!
