Martha Stewart et al make some lovely templates (like this single flower one) to make some sweet cards with a cut out technique. However, I find their templates are usually a big waste of paper--especially for us crafters who can use different sizes of one image for many things.
The fabric for the flowers is a sticky linen paper from Close to my Heart that you can easily run through your printer, cut out stamp & peel. Nifty huh?
